THE MAHONING COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION’S
ANNUAL ELECTION BANQUET AND GOLF OUTING

Members and guest of the Mahoning County Bar Association met on Monday, June 29, 2009 at the Youngstown Country Club at their Annual Election Banquet and recognized Attorney Scott R. Cochran as President of the association for the coming year.  Attorney Cochran succeeded Attorney James B. Dietz.  Attorney Michael D. Harlan will serve as President-Elect.

Trustees elected to a three year term are as follows:                               Jay Blackstone, Hon. R. Scott Krichbaum & James E. (Ted) Roberts

Trustee elected to a two year term is as follows:                                       Robert W. Price

Being honored for fifty-years (50) as attorneys are as follows:              Attorneys David C. Comstock, Sr., Richard A. Stebelton and Attorney Ralph Petrucci.

Being honored for fifty-five(55)years as an attorney are as follows:              Vincent E. Gilmartin

Being honored for sixty years (60) as attorneys are as follows:         Attorneys John Weed Powers, Henry C. Robinson and                     Joseph P. Sontich, Sr.

Ronald E. Slipski, President-Elect of the MCBA Foundation presented 10 law school students with a total of $16,000 in scholarship money.
