Message
We appreciate
your interest in the Mahoning County Bar Association and hope that the
information on our Website will be helpful to you. Our membership of
over 600 attorneys comprises nearly 90% of the practicing lawyers in
our community. The bar serves its members professional and social
needs as it serves the courts and our community in general.
Our members are
actively involved in 18 committees and they participate in a host of
special projects – including Relay for Life, Peoples’ Law School,
Explorer Program for high school student wishing to become lawyers and
Notary Public testing and renewals. Our innovative Lawyer Referral
Service program provides critically needed legal referrals to those
who have nowhere else to turn. Our members are committed to community
service to assuring access to justice for all!
