Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting Humility Health Partners' General Counsel
through contract drafting and management per applicable policies and
procedures, maintenance of contract databases, legal research and
other activities related to legal services for the Region.
Qualification-Education: Bachelor's degree and
paralegal certificate or Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law
school.
Experience: Minimum three years
experience as paralegal or 1-3 years experience for JD candidates.
Experience in health care preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent
interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
Strong work ethic and attendance record; Ability to work
independently; Maintain strict confidentiality of matters; Must
have, or attain. a strong understanding of the law governing health
care transactions, including the Stark law, Anti-Kickback statute,
and False Claims act.
Strong computer knowledge and keyboard skills, with
proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, Lotus Notes and Power Point.
