Our attorneys are pre-screened for experience and education, must be in good standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Mahoning County Bar Association, and must have proof of liability insurance.  They are qualified to handle your case.

Notary

Notary Education

The Mahoning County Bar Association has been approved and authorized by the Ohio Secretary of State to provide new notary and renewal notary education and testing throughout the State of Ohio.

Certified Grievance Committee

Grievance Procedure
The Mahoning County Bar Associations has a Certified Grievance Committee.  This Committee investigates complaints against attorneys who practice law in Mahoning County.  The role of the Certified Grievance Committee is to investigate and prosecute an attorney for ethical misconduct.

MCBA Foundation

The M.C.B.A. Foundation is known in foundation circles for our good works. We are known at Y.S.U. for our wonderful contributions to the promotion of ethics and law school scholarships to local students. We are known at law schools across the country for our scholarships. We are known to county school children and educators for sponsoring Law Day activities. And while you may not always hear about it, we are also known and appreciated by a number of local attorneys and their families who have received help -quietly and discretely - from the Foundation in their time of need.
